2. Event Tickets Refund

Once paid, event tickets are:

• Non-transferable

• Non-refundable, unless otherwise specified

Refunds will only be processed if the event is cancelled, significantly changed, or postponed by the organizer.

3. Cancellation by User

If you request cancellation:

• Before the refund window: refund may be eligible (see event details)

• After the refund window: no refund

Each event may define its own refund timeline, displayed at checkout.

4. Refund Process

• When eligible, refunds are processed to the original mode of payment.

• Processing time may vary (typically 7–15 business days).

• Admin fees may apply as per event organizer terms.

5. Errors & Duplicates

If an incorrect ticket or duplicate booking occurs due to system error, we may:

• Refund the extra charge

• Reissue tickets

6. Delivery Issues

For physical tickets shipped by courier:

• Damaged or lost packages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

• Proof may be requested
