Care Instruction

• Keep balloons away from children, as uninflated or broken balloons can cause choking hazards.
• Balloons will be hung with cello tape (we don’t use helium for safety reasons).
• Please provide a stool to help us reach the ceiling.
• Remove the cello tape right after the event.
• If the tape sticks to the wall, use a hair dryer to blow warm air on it to avoid damage.

Delivery Information

• Pictures are for reference only – actual decoration may differ in colour, shape, or design depending on availability.
• Decoration can be arranged at your home or in a hotel room (with prior permission from the hotel).
• Any complaints must be reported within 2 hours of delivery.
• Once decoration is completed, it cannot be cancelled, changed, or rescheduled.
